Exult Engineering is designing the first signalized pedestrian crossing of US 17 (Old Ocean Highway) in Leland, at the intersection of Olde Waterford Way/Ploof Road and US 17, in partnership with the Town of Leland and NCDOT Division 3.
This project includes a sidewalk extension and intersection improvements to enhance pedestrian safety and access to nearby residential, commercial, and retail areas. Our services include:
