Exult Engineering is supporting UNC Chapel Hill with project management for upgrading all 99 lanes of their PARCS from Federal APD to SKIDATA equipment. This implementation requires input from a large range of stakeholders and user types including, public, student, employee, hospital, short-term, and long-term.

This system is also being installed as a system that is LPR-based with the desire to be as self-service as possible. The system involves integrations of the current parking permit system, the current employee badge system, multiple parking reservation providers, parking guidance systems, and many other elements.
