Taylor is a licensed professional engineer in NC with expertise in traffic analysis, micro and macro simulation modeling, traffic signal system, signal timing and intelligent transportation systems design. He has completed intersection capacity analyses, traffic signal warrants, ITS design, and traffic signal designs throughout North Carolina. Taylor is proficient in Synchro, SimTraffic, SIDRA, HCS, TransModeler, ArcGIS, TransCAD, and other traffic modeling programs.

In his free time, Taylor enjoys hiking with his wife and kids.
