Melinda Seley is a licensed professional engineer with over 13 years of experience in traffic engineering, modeling, traffic signal warrants, queueing analyses, and traffic impact analyses. She also has experience with fiber-optic cable design and construction management and ITS master planning. Melinda is proficient in Synchro, SimTraffic, and SIDRA.

Outside of work, Melinda loves spending time with her family, being outside as much as possible, and enjoying a good cup of coffee, preferably with a friend.
