Lisa is a registered Professional Engineer with traffic engineering experience including traffic impact analysis, traffic capacity analysis, traffic forecasting and traffic safety. Lisa has ample experience working jointly with municipalities and NCDOT on a variety of traffic engineering and safety projects for both the public and private sectors. Lisa has extensive knowledge working with Synchro, SimTraffic, Highway Capacity Software, SIDRA, TEAAS, TrandCAD and TransModeler. She has also completed parking generation studies, signal warrant analysis, MSTA school calculations, queue analysis, and stop sign evaluations.

In her spare time, Lisa enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, hiking, gardening, cooking, and traveling.
