Kelly has diverse experience in transportation engineering, TSMO, and ITS planning. Throughout her career she has specifically focused on those projects where traditional engineering and innovation converge, such as signal system design, Transportation Systems Management and Operations (TSMO) and ITS master planning. Her experience includes working with a range of municipalities, state, and other public agencies. Kelly’s excitement for transportation engineering is fueled by helping clients solve unique challenges and achieve their goals.

In her free time, Kelly enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and is most often found at the lake when weather permits!
