Josh is a licensed professional engineer with experience in a wide range of traffic operations designs. His experience includes traffic signal designs, signal timing plans, intelligent transportation system designs, pavement marking and signing designs and work zone traffic control designs in Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Josh enjoys working on projects that provide safe and efficient transportation infrastructure that will improve the lives of the public. In his free time, Josh enjoys serving at his church, rooting on his favorite sports teams, playing golf, and spending time with his friends and family.
