Jason is a licensed professional engineer in NC, SC, VA and MD as well as a registered Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE). He has over 29 years of experience, primarily focused on traffic signal design, signing/pavement marking design, traffic control design and traffic impact analysis. He has worked extensively with both public and private clients throughout his career.

In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his family, live music and attending NC State football games.
