Cathy offers transportation experience specializing in greenway and roadway design projects. She has been the project manager or design engineer for over a dozen federally funded projects for various North Carolina clients. Her experience includes roadway widening to incorporate pedestrian and bicyclist, intersection improvements to enhance pedestrian connectivity, bridge replacements, greenway designs in urban and natural areas, and LAPP funded projects for various municipalities. Cathy enjoys projects with an increased focus on pedestrian accessibility or incorporate multi-modal.

When not working, Cathy loves to bake and spend time with her two kids and husband.
