Kevin first became interested in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) during a summer internship in the Smart Travel Lab at the University of Virginia. Since then he has built a career designing ITS solutions for states and municipalities to better manage their arterial and freeway traffic. Over the past 20+ years, he has been the Project Manager or Lead Designer for the majority of traffic signal system installations and upgrades in North Carolina. Drawing on his wide-ranging experience, Kevin is dedicated to serving his clients in the ITS industry as they seek to excel and improve their respective programs.

Kevin enjoys traveling with his family and is always looking forward to mountain biking and skiing.
